When you have no where to smoke so you pull up in a random ass neighborhood and smoke your weed and cars constantly come in and circle you until they give up, and being sort of paranoid and then not giving a damn cuz u iz high as f**k!
Nigga I just went bird watchin, we rolled into this rich ass neighborhood and then cars are circlin your car while you're getting high as fuck.
