Bryson

One who oversees others in a job field who knows nothing about that job, but thinks he knows everything. (2) One who thinks he is smarter than everyone else because he went to college, when in reality he is a fucking idiot.

Josh: Have you met the new captain that we have?

Jeff: No, why?

Josh: He is a complete Bryson.
