A character from that kids show from Jim Henson's Mother Goose Stories. She, yes "she" Is sometimes referred to as "SIS" due to the editing audio that was accidentally created in a parking lot at publix wich sounds like "siiiisss". In other media she is a force not to be reckoned with.
