To trick a co-worker by posting a misleading link to a YouTube video with a subject that promises to be exciting or interesting (e.g. "LeBron is a BEAST" or "Watch Sasha Vujacic throw a temper tantrum on the bench"), but instead links to the 1984 music video for Pop's single, "PoP Goes My Heart" from the Hugh Grant-Drew Barrymore movie "Music and Lyrics". A variant on the rickroll. Hilarious.
Zach: This rickroll thing is getting out of hand, brosef.
Tom: You're right, bud. But forget all that and check out this video from last night's game. Sasha Vujacic is softer than Mr. Whipple.
Zach: Oh man, WTF was that? Was that a PoP Roll?
Tom: Yes. "I said I wasn't going to lose my head but then, PoP! Goes my heart."
Zach: "PoP! Goes my heart."
