J. Vento's definitions
Similar to the chili dog, a man performs the Philly Cheesesteak by defecating between a woman's breasts (the two halves of a bread role), forming the meat layer. He then proceeds to add cheese to the sandwich by ejaculating all over it.
Janet was feeling famished, so Ross gave her a Philly Cheesesteak. She wasn't very hungry after that!
