v. The act of a person, while smoking marijuana, touching lips with a partner of the opposite sex, and blowing the smoke from their mouth into their partner's mouth.
Male: Do you want to do a blowfish?
Female: What is that?
Male: It is where you blow the smoke in your mouth into the other person by touching lips and blowing.
