SANA is the abbreviation for a FPS called "Sudden Attack North America" made by the company of GameHi. It is an American clone of the NetMarble game of KSA (Korean Sudden Attack). It is usually played by most BRs that suck balls and other people that are not Korean.
Mark: Hey Robin, How was SANA yesterday?
Robin: It was good. I owned some BRs at Warehouse in Blackhawk 1. They called me waller and tried to kick me out. How very choding.
