Featherfoot

A driver who is overall extremely slow. They can take extensive periods of time to accelerate from a stop and will typically go at least 5 under the posted speed limit. Extra points if they camp in the fast lane.

Sorry I’m late, I got caught behind a featherfoot on the highway this morning.
