The brief interval when both traffic lights in a four-way intersection are red set up to accomodate those drivers who fail to stop during the onset of a yellow signal.

Passenger: Dude, you just ran a red light.

Driver: No, it's cool. It's just a pink light, no big.

Whenever a video is pulled from a video-sharing site like YouTube because of the demands of a large media corporation (i.e. Viacom) demands it.
