When someone is such a bitch, the word "bitch" and the second-person word "you" become one word, with emphasis placed on the word "you".

Also works if someone does something or makes a bitchy decision.

John: Got any big dawg juice?

Bob: What's up?
Dylan: Shut the hell up.

Bob: You bitch you.
