Pumpy

A puffer jacket that is particularly large or over-sized. The coat's exterior is comprised of a number of puffy sections that are separated by seams and are filled with down or a synthetic material that is intended to provide warmth to the wearer. It is particularly seen to be worn in parts of outer London.
