A derogatory term for a crib-contained human infant who has not yet become old or mobile enough to be referred as a rug monkey or a linoleum lizard.

Sorry-- I would, but I have to go over to my friend's house. It's their date night and they couldn't get anyone else to watch the crib crab.

linoleum lizard 

A derogatory term for a young child who is older and more annoyingly mobile than a crib crab. Often used interchangeably with rug monkey and rugrat.

The linoleum lizard is under the table again and won't come out. That's fine. As far as I'm concerned, the little bastard can stay there until his parents come home.
