Sound uttered when not really listening to your friend/parent/pedophilic priest and whilst simultaniously thinking about the last time you had a beer and that it was way too long.

Parent: "Yeah Tim, I REALLY do think you should be working on that essay instead of playing scrable by yourself, which is pretty pathetic if you ask me. While you are at it just think about your nice friend Brian and the way he is always getting straight A's and helping his mother in the kitchen and do you know what he did last summer?!" *goes on listing completely uninteresting information*
