The Strivna Effect is when you randomly yell that you are the killing role in a Mafia/Werewolf style game, regardless of whether or not you have any special role at all.
Particularly if played on an online forum.

Joe: I IZ DA WERWULF!! I WILL NOM U!1!!
Ann: Joe's been hit by the Strivna Effect!
