When a member of the "FaceBook Family" writes something cryptic about a positive change for the future, i.e. "Good things are coming my way", "Mars is in my money sector", "This is the REAL DEAL-- here's to true love!" which is quickly followed by an opposite and equal reaction. In the wake of FaceJinx, the author will either clear status updates for a week, or write a chain of mewling pleas for sympathy.
