An ancient technique passed down Slave to slave in the One Piece universe, with many unworthy to unlock the technique. Fishman: Arlong "da saw" Fareed is one of most proficient users of Za Water seen up to this point. When Arlong "the saw" Fareed yells "ZA WATER" he is able to stop time for up to three seconds on land, but in the sea he can extend this time stop to up to 300 years.
