Boomer 

The phrase is used when someone is calling someone else (usually the person calling that person a boomer is younger then that person) really annoying or because that person being called a boomer is talking bad about the new generation.

Old person: “Alex, you’re always on phone! Please put it away.”
Alex: *laughs* “ok boomer.”
