Bitch out

Verb: To bitch someone out means to severely chastise or get after someone in a harsh, reprimanding way. The implication is that this is done in a bitchy, overbearing, and profane manner, and often unnecessiarily so.

Person 1: Dude, last night my mom decided to bitch out my boyfriend just because he brought me home a few minutes late.

Person 2: What a bitch.
