POFI

Acronym for the Point Of "Fuck It!"

The POFI is a point reached at which a genuine effort switches to a hasty halfassed effort. It usually occurs during inane office tasks or any event that lasts longer than originally anticipated.

After I got my report back for revisions a FOURTH time, I finally reached the POFI and turned it in!
