A large animal originating from the Kenyan plains but driven to the more northern countries of Africa by hunters. It was first discovered in 1831 by Sir Thomas Lumbsden during a visit of
Kenya. Large
brown animal with big paws. Large talons and teeth make this an animal to
fear.
