Twinkie

A twink (male gay teen) that is sweet, delicious and filled with lots of thick cream. Usually will be brown haired, tanned/brown and have a “sweet” taste to him.

Guy 1: Man that guy over there sure looks like he has been filled a few times.
Guy 2: Yeah he is definitely a Twinkie, I could just eat him out...
