1. A person who is below the poverty line and who dresses like they would especially like to be laughed at.

2. A bogan, hobo or bum like person who is on drugs, the piss, eats the filth he finds in gutters, and listens to Bowling For Soup

Look at that dero over there, dressed in those clothes. Lets take a dump on his face to improve its look!
