retardation and epic, basically you say something is Repic or when something is both retarded and epic on the same level.

Billy: The lego movie was once an full one and a half hour movie ad on youtube one time
Zach: Really?
Billy: *shows picture on discord*
Zach: Not gonna lie thats pretty Repic
