An Emoji used by Blair Williams in the Myki Inspector Alert Space facebook group to harass a man she found on public transport in Victoria, Australia, who was taking a large amount of Bottles, Cans and Cartons to a Container deposit refund station. She would later post, after being called out for initial post, stating "Im convinced yall don't know what "🗿" this emoji meansðŸ˜ðŸ˜".
