An aggressive compliment, such as when used in an aggressive tone or with aggressive language.

Guy 1: The fact that your friends are really fucking ugly makes you look alright.
Guy 2: Thanks for the grompliment, cunt.
Guy 1: No worries fuckhead.
Guy 2: By the way, your haircut makes makes you look pretty gay, but if I was gay, I'd probably bang you.
