The act of dipping a man's ball sack into another person's mouth with the intent of sexual gratification.

For David and Jacob, Friday night was always Boston Tea Party night. Jacob would dip his balls in David's mouth until they got all wet! Did their tea-bagging lead to a revolution? Kind of.
