A person on the web with unbridled cynicism and sarcasm, who's Internet asshole savvyness makes him or her blind to actual valid points, arguments, grievances, etc while unaware that he or she is part of the problem.

Named after the Three Billy Goats Gruff story, a tie-in with the "Troll" and a play on the world "Goad".

Random FPS Gamer in waiting lobby: Dude, dont play on that map, the game devs are still fixing it after people found a bug that corrupted the files on your game.
