Snowglobing

When Lyin Nate gets in his car, and instead of showing up like he says he would, shakes his head violently, releasing flakes. This creates a snow globe effect in his car because it's that bad.

"Didn't Lyin Nate say he'd be here?"
"Nah fam, he's snowglobing."
