When a woman slips and lands on a child, usually on his head, causing the child to get sucked up into the womans vaginal cavity. This usually results in the childs death due to either neck snap or suffocation inside the womans womb

Oh no! Megan slipped and landed on that child!
Guess we now have to go to that childs parents and explain he suffered Inbortion..
