The often loud, serious, confident tone you use when speaking on the phone. The tone may vary according to each person's style of talking on the phone.

P1: Yo, do you like, listen to the Jonas Brothers?
P2: ARE YOU CRAZY MAN? Holy shit there ain't no fuckin' way I'd ever...
(And this goes on and on for at least 5 minutes...)
P1: Dude. You're speaking in phone tone.
