Hairgang
A hairgang is a person, usually a girl, who has gross, unwashed, greasy died hair. They generally smell bad and look unkept. Many hair gangs have strong political opinions and are more than willing to express them, even to the point of being rude.
"Ewwww man, look at all those hair gangs, I can smell them from here."
