A girl or guy that three friends have all gotten with in a relatively small time frame.

Also quadraho, pentaho, and sextaho

Guy 1: Yo didn't you get with Jennie a couple weeks ago?
Guy 2: Yeah, so did you.
Guy 1: I know, but she got with Steve last night.
Guy 2: Oh shit, she's a triho now
