Meated In is a term used to describe male groups such as a fraternity or more specifically a Rugby team. The new pledge takes an ass pounding from the rest of the guys as his initiation.
JD tried out for the Rugby team and did well. He'll be "Meated In" by the rest of the team this weekend.
