An Adult over the age of 18 who has shit their pants. This can include sharts and vomit induced shits.

Steve: Hey Aaron, did you hear Scott had an adult event while waiting for the bus.

Aaron: No way, he shit his pants?!

Steve: Yea he had to ride home in his shitty underwear!
