A bad person.
Someone who does bad things.
Somebody who insults, berates, or humilaties you or someone you know. Someone whom you do not want to be associated with.
Someone who does not want to go along with what you want to do.

*Must be followed with a rousing "YEAH!" after saying it.

"Ugh, I can't stand him. He's such a dirty commie!"

"YEAH!"
