The a common and exaggerated spelling of the common "lmao" a.k.a laughing my ass off. The word started when a 16per accidentally said lmlaooooo and soon thereafter the word took on a life of its own. "lmlaooooo!!!" is essentially the same thing but has a different ring to it and a unique past.
