Someone who is so prissy that she (the prissbox is usually female or an effeminate gay male) minces around in an overtly prim manner, horrified of most anything less refined than they'd like to pretend they are.
Melania came across as a real prissbox because the thought of wading through mud puddles had her throwing her hands up in the air and shrieking in horror.
