when the person you send a Facebook message to views your message (thus sending the 'seen at xx.xx' to your chat message) continues to ignore your message. also known as being signored or seen ignoring

Girl to guy: hey are we still on for tomorrow?

He thinks, "I'm gonna signore her, I'm busy".

Guy to girl (2 hours later): yea, it's cool.
