A swedish word.

Boys that lie that they get laid, pussy or even kissing a girl on a party. There are mythomaniacs, but these just lie about girls to get some kind of rep from their homies.

Bob: "Did you hear that Ben got laid with two girls last night?"

Jamal: "Man, Ben is just another fittoman, don't believe him when it comes to girls."
