When you're such a bum you literally can't even connect the neurons in your head to count to 3.

Can also be used for someone's break smells worse than a decaying skunk.

Dave: Did you see Daisy and Victoria at that party last night?

Greg: Yeah! they fucked up pretty bad. That Victoria is a proper Skúngus.
