"One More Turn Syndrome" (Used in turn-based games like Civilization V): The difficulty or inability to quit a game session in a turn-based game due to the overwhelming urge to keep going for whatever reason.

It's 5:30 A.M., but Civ V has given me OMTS and I can't go to sleep yet.
