what the fuck is usually used when one person is appaled or confused by something another person said/did

FTW is used when someone is so confused by something someone did/said that WTF does not justiffy how confused they are so they say FTW: "Fuck The What?".

Jim: "hey man do you think that leather thond would make my ass look big?"

Bob: :"FTW?!"
