Activity consisting of a longer period of activly avoiding productivity in favour of undemanding leisure, resulting in a person idly wasting either their future, health, opportunities, relationships or all previously mentioned at once.

"Hey man, are you doing anything this weekend?"
"Nah man I'll just watch Netflix and play videogames."
"Oh, so you're just wasting."
"What the fuck does that mean?"
