A funny person who knows just what to say. They tend to be very talented people, who are natural conversation starters. An Arséne is a great type of person to have in your life, as they will brighten your day anytime they talk, no matter the topic. They fit well with introverts as they are very cool and fun people, they can balance an introvert out.
