It's when an individual is sitting in a chair, couch,ect. and they keep sliding out and just can't sit up straight, usually because they're impaired from some type of drug or heavily medicated from prescription medication.

Look at her in that chair, she's sliding out because she's all oosleygoosley,she just can't sit up straight.
