An eccentric jammy person, who is uber dependent on every person they know. With absolutely zero will power a 'Szucs' seems to always get into sticky situations, but is redonkulously persuasive and lucky. They will without fail find a scapegoat and therefore never learn the lesson.

Pulled with no tax, MOT and insurance? Cripes. Don't worry we'll Szucs this, you'll get your licence back...
