Voltcel

A voluntarily celibate individual uses sexual abstinence as a tool for increasing physical energy and/or mental acuity - that extra "charge." The voltcel is typically attractive to others and could have sexual partners, but chooses not to.

He is gorgeous and could have any girl he wants, but he's a voltcel instead.
