Garrasi 

1. (n) A term used to describe a dullard that literally thinks it's perfectly fine and safe to leave electronic devices out and available to be stolen from his vehicle. A Garrasi may also me afraid of big rocks and small boulders. Indirectly related to the Beef Witted Applejohn.

2. (v) The literal act of commiting a senseless yet literally preventable crime.
