Nappetite

A routine maintained by going to sleep at a consistent time each night. Tends to be especially hard to maintain on a long break of any kind.

Mom: James, you have to start going to bed earlier, okay? School is about to start again.

James: But mom!

Mom: No buts! You'll ruin your nappetite!
