an individual who is not meeting the expectations/standards of the rest of the group. They are in their own "skirt league".

Joe- Yo bro, we are gonna party hard tonight, drink until we puke!!!
Derek- Eh, I think I am only going to have a couple beers.
Joe- What!!!?? This ain't no skirt league bro! Fucking clean it up!
